Amazon Income Blueprint License and Purchase Agreement

This License and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase and use of the Amazon Income Blueprint ("the Blueprint"), owned and operated by Gabrielle Nunez LLC ("we," "us," "our"), doing business as GabrielleNunez.com.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of the Blueprint, you ("Licensee," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you voluntarily agree not to access or use the Blueprint or any of its contents. Because this is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. PURPOSE OF THE AMAZON INCOME BLUEPRINT

The Amazon Income Blueprint (referred to from now on in this document as "the Blueprint") provides video training, step-by-step tutorials, and recommended tools designed to help individuals create passive income through Amazon KDP self-publishing and Amazon affiliate programs (Amazon Influencer and Amazon Associates). This is an educational masterclass with no templates or resell rights included.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the training materials for your personal learning and business development. The Blueprint is for educational purposes only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.

3. PERMITTED USES

Under this Agreement, you may:

  • Access and view all video tutorials and training modules for your personal education.

  • Implement the strategies, techniques, and methods taught in the course for your own Amazon KDP and affiliate marketing business.

  • Use the recommended tools and resources (purchased separately) to create and publish your own books and content.

  • Apply the knowledge gained to build your own Amazon income streams.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell the Blueprint training videos or course materials in any format.

  • Share your login credentials or course access with others.

  • Record, copy, or reproduce the video content for distribution or resale.

  • Use the personal photograph, likeness, or image of Gabrielle Nunez in any of your marketing, branding, or business materials.

  • Create a competing course or training program using the content from the Blueprint.

  • Claim the strategies, frameworks, or training content as your own original creation.

  • Upload or share course videos on YouTube, social media, or any other platform.

5. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Blueprint, including all video content, training materials, frameworks, and instructional resources, remain the exclusive property of Gabrielle Nunez LLC.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership or copyright to you. You are granted access to the educational content for personal use only. Gabrielle Nunez LLC retains all intellectual property rights to the course materials.

6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND RESOURCES

The Blueprint recommends various third-party tools and software (such as Book Bolt, Helium 10, Self Publishing Titans Pro, Canva, and others) for book creation, keyword research, and marketing. These tools are purchased separately and are subject to their own terms of service and licensing agreements. Gabrielle Nunez LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, or pricing of any third-party tools recommended in the course. Some recommended tools may offer affiliate relationships, and purchases through provided links may result in commissions to Gabrielle Nunez LLC at no additional cost to you.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS AND EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

While the Blueprint provides comprehensive training and proven strategies, Gabrielle Nunez LLC makes no guarantee of specific income results. Your success depends on your effort, implementation, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. Testimonials and earnings examples shown are not guarantees of your individual results.

The Blueprint and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or business success. Your results depend entirely on your own skills, effort, and actions.

8. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

All payments are processed securely through our third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).

Because the Blueprint grants instant digital access, no refunds are offered under any circumstances.

For membership subscriptions:

  • Access remains active only while payments are current.

  • If a payment fails, your access is automatically revoked. You may contact us by email to receive a secure link to update your payment method.

  • Updates must be completed at least five (5) days before the next billing date.

  • If you cancel or allow your membership to lapse, you lose any promotional or special pricing. To regain access, you must repurchase at the current listed price.

  • If access is lost due to failed payment, you may reinstate your subscription at your previous rate only if renewal occurs within ten (10) days of losing access.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your student dashboard under Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription.

For one-time purchases, lifetime access to the Blueprint is granted, subject to this Agreement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must not share them with others. Misuse or sharing of access credentials may result in permanent termination without refund.

9. RESPONSIBLE USE AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the Blueprint's contents.

  • You agree to use only royalty-free or properly licensed images, fonts, and assets in your products.

  • You agree to not infringe on anyone's copyrighted material.

  • Gabrielle Nunez LLC is not responsible for any legal claims, damages, or copyright issues arising from your misuse of materials or third-party content.

10. DISCLAIMER REGARDING LEGAL GUIDANCE AND TEMPLATE MATERIALS

The Blueprint includes educational videos and resources, including some template examples. These "Template Materials" and any related video guidance are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice or the creation of an attorney-client relationship.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Template Materials are generic examples and must be customized to reflect your own business, products, and policies.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your final legal documents comply with applicable laws and accurately represent your business practices.

  • Gabrielle Nunez LLC makes no warranties or representations regarding the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of the Template Materials, and shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or legal consequences arising from your use or misuse of them.

  • You are strongly encouraged to consult with a qualified attorney or legal professional before publishing or relying on any legal document derived from the Template Materials.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or provide the Template Materials, baseline text, or any part of the funnel containing them "as-is" to others, whether for free or for sale. Doing so constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your license and access to the Blueprint.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Blueprint and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gabrielle Nunez LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the Blueprint or its materials. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Blueprint.

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to revoke your license and access immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using all Blueprint materials and delete all copies in your possession.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of South Dakota.

15. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Blueprint, you confirm that:

  • You have been provided access to these terms before purchase (including through links on the sales page and inside the Blueprint).

  • You understand that your continued use of the Blueprint constitutes your ongoing acceptance of this Agreement.

  • If you do not agree, you will refrain from using the Blueprint, understanding that no refunds are available.

16. INCORPORATION OF WEBSITE TERMS & POLICIES

This Agreement works together with, and does not replace, the general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and related legal policies published at https://www.gabriellenunez.com/privacy-and-terms ("Website Terms").

All provisions contained in the Website Terms — including, but not limited to, sections on DMCA / Copyright, Indemnification, Force Majeure, Termination of Access, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution and Governing Law, International Use, Assignment, Severability, Entire Agreement, and Changes to the Terms — are hereby incorporated by reference and apply equally to your purchase and use of the Blueprint.

17. CONFLICTS AND PRECEDENCE OF TERMS

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Website Terms, this Amazon Income Blueprint License and Purchase Agreement shall control with respect to the Blueprint, while the Website Terms govern all other aspects of your use of our website, platform, and services.

18. MODIFICATIONS AND CONTINUED ACCEPTANCE

Your purchase or continued use of the Blueprint confirms that you understand these documents collectively form the entire, binding agreement between you and Gabrielle Nunez LLC. Any updates or modifications to the Website Terms or this Agreement will apply automatically to your ongoing access and use of our products and services.

19. INDEPENDENT LICENSEE STATUS

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Gabrielle Nunez LLC. You act as an independent licensee and are fully responsible for your own business activities and compliance with applicable laws, including those governing online sales and taxation in your jurisdiction.
